These Books Are "Stars"
The prompts was actually books with a specific word in the title. This was a fun prompt. It did take some time to think what word to focus on. I thought "Love" and "Bride" were too easy. Then I thought a little obscure and do "An" or "The", but once I started to look through my books on Goodreads, "Star" really started to pop.
So here are my Top 12 Star Reads.
Counted with the Stars by Connilyn Cossette
See the Stars Alight by Amanda Sykes
Light from Distant Stars by Shawn Smucker
These Broken Stars by Amie Kaufman & Megan Spooner
The Stars for a Light by Lynn Morris & Gilbert Morris

Most Anticipated Books Releasing for the 2nd Half of 2026
So...many...books!
I honestly can't wait for these books to devour them. Hopefully sooner rather then later. Looking ahead like this really shows how all over the place my reading can be at any given time.
The Resurrection of Evania James by Jaime Jo Wright (October 6th, 2026)
The Palace Spy by Tessa Afshar (November 17, 2026)
Throne of the Heavens by Connilyn Cossette (October 6th, 2026)
Fae & Alchemy 3 by Callie Hart (November 10th, 2026)
Belle's Christmas Carol by Michelle Griep (September 1st, 2026)
Empyrean Story (Not Book 4) by Rebecca Yarros (Late 2026)
I know that there will be more, but I haven't had a whole lot of time as of late to go through to see what is coming out, this feels more like a To Be Continued post.
What are you looking forward to?

Books on My Summer TBR
My summer TBR, there is a lot I hope to read over summer, so I will pair it down and and hope I can knock these out. A few are a continuation of a series. One is an awaited finale. Another is one I need to read before the next book by the author comes out this fall. The rest are books that have caught my eye by authors I enjoy and I honestly can't wait to read them
A Scattering of Light by Lori Benton
Daughter of Rebellion by Jamie Ogle
Love & Baseball by Jaime Jo Wright w/ Chloe JoAnne
The Contest by K.E. Ganshert
All That Glows by Lauren Smyth
House of Flame and Shadow by Sarah J. Maas (Spicy)
What are you hoping or have read this summer so far?
I know my list is kind of all over the place these days.
