Most Anticipated Books Releasing for the 2nd Half of 2026
So...many...books!
I honestly can't wait for these books to devour them. Hopefully sooner rather then later. Looking ahead like this really shows how all over the place my reading can be at any given time.

The Resurrection of Evania James by Jaime Jo Wright (October 6th, 2026)
The Palace Spy by Tessa Afshar (November 17, 2026)

Throne of the Heavens by Connilyn Cossette (October 6th, 2026)
Fae & Alchemy 3 by Callie Hart (November 10th, 2026)
Belle's Christmas Carol by Michelle Griep (September 1st, 2026)
Empyrean Story (Not Book 4) by Rebecca Yarros (Late 2026)
I know that there will be more, but I haven't had a whole lot of time as of late to go through to see what is coming out, this feels more like a To Be Continued post.
What are you looking forward to?

Books on My Summer TBR
My summer TBR, there is a lot I hope to read over summer, so I will pair it down and and hope I can knock these out. A few are a continuation of a series. One is an awaited finale. Another is one I need to read before the next book by the author comes out this fall. The rest are books that have caught my eye by authors I enjoy and I honestly can't wait to read them

A Scattering of Light by Lori Benton
Daughter of Rebellion by Jamie Ogle

Love & Baseball by Jaime Jo Wright w/ Chloe JoAnne
The Contest by K.E. Ganshert

All That Glows by Lauren Smyth
House of Flame and Shadow by Sarah J. Maas (Spicy)
What are you hoping or have read this summer so far?
I know my list is kind of all over the place these days.

Bookish Wishes
The prompt was given more with including links, but I don't feel comfortable doing that, so I'm including bookish wishes that I hope will show up on when a wish list is needed (Birthday or Christmas).
Bookish is always appropriate.

- Anything that is a reading inspired pillow. It's 2 for 1. Something plush and something to show off bookish love.
- This one might be crazy, but the anxiety bookshelves. At first I wasn't sure about them, but now, I kind of think they look cool.
- Bookish phrased candles. Fun and nice smelling.
- Harry Potter stuff.

- Bookish stickers. They just always bring a smile and laugh depending the topic.
- Library coasters. I've actually given these to friends already because they are super cute.
- I already have a Kindle page turner, this one looks cool in that the button is on a ring, instead of handheld, less likely to loose it.
- Bookish coloring books.

- More Harry Potter merch. The floating candles with a wand remote just sounds cool.
- Post-It Notes and page flags. You can never have enough.
- Bookish mugs...really any mugs....slight addiction to them.
- Book pillows! How cute are they? I've held off on looking into them because having crazy puppers that destroy plushies has made me hold off.
What is a bookish wish you have? What would you add to a future wish list?

Books with Handwriting on the Cover
I love fonts. They can be bold, fun, or whimsical.
Handwritten style fonts to me are very eye catching. They can be elegant or simple. There doesn't even need to be a background picture if the font is just right.
I really like these titles that are spotlighted. The style just pops and adds a nice touch.

Daughter of Rome by Tessa Afshar
Honor by Lyn Cote

Let It Be Me by Becky Wade
A Cross-Country Wedding by Courtney Walsh
More Than Friends by Denise Hunter

Wait For Me by Jody Hedlund
All Through the Night by Tara Johnson
What books did you spotlight this week?
Are you a fan of the more hand written style or do you like more scripted? O Bold?

Book I Haven't Read (Yet)
There are a lot, my TBR on Goodreads is a a doozy. There are just so many pretty looking books that catch my eye and I click that "want to read" button. Here are a small little snip-it of books out of the collection that I have yet to read.

(I've heard about this one forever and have heard about so many of his books, but have yet to read any of his books yet.)
The Will of the Many by James Islington
(My husband asked me to read this one last summer and just haven't gotten to it yet.)
Go Tell the Bees that I'm Gone by Diana Gabaldon
(I couldn't stand the waits, so I'm waiting till the rest are out and finish the series.)

(Seen the movie and have yet to read the book, sad I know.)
The Romanov Empress by C.W. Gortner
(I'm a history person, I'm shocked in myself for having not read this one.)
Finding Lady Enderly by Joanna Davidson Politano
(I've heard so many good things about this book.)

The Orchard House by Heidi Chiavaroli
(I love Little Woman and to not read something about it is very out of characteristic for me.)
Jewel of the Nile by Tessa Afshar
(This author writes some fabulous stories, I just haven't gotten around to reading this one.)
This Book Made Me Think of You by Libby Page
(I know this is newly published, but this is a book I would dive into right away, I blame school for taking all of my time.)

Of Literatures & Lattes by Katherine Reay
(This author writes some fabulous stories and I've yet to read this one.)
What is on your list this week?
