Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews. Each week offers the opportunity to spotlight the books that you have gotten this past week, whether they are for review, bought, borrowed, or won.
I missed last week...so this is a catchup post for 2 weeks.
Review:
Honor by Lyn Cote (Tyndale Blog Network)
A Life Intercepted by Charles Martin (FaithWords)
Love's Fortune by Laura Frantz (Revell Reads)
Thief of Glory by Sigmund Brouwer (Blogging for Books)
Bought:
Look to the East by Maureen Lang
Faith of the Fathers by Lynn Austin
Among the Gods by Lynn Austin
The Strength of His Hand by Lynn Austin
I will say, when it broken up in to individual weeks, it doesn't seem like a whole lot, but when you combine, they really do add up! Especially when you shop the bargain book sections....or new books are released.
How's your book week been?

Some really intriguing covers here, I love Thief Of Glory's and Honor's covers. I don't think I've read any historical in a while, I really need to change that!

Wish I'd known you wanted Unrivaled, I'd have sent you my copy - it's probably just sitting in a box somewhere. ;)
ReplyDeleteCannot wait to know your thoughts on Laura's book; it looks lovely.
Vickie, Aren't they! I love looking at covers. :-) Hopefully you find something you can really sink into and enjoy. :-)
ReplyDeleteRissi, Thank you for the offer. It hasn't been high up on my radar, but I found it on the bargain shelf at Mardel and picked it up. :-)
ReplyDeleteLaura's book is one that has been anticipated for sure. The review will be up about the 15th. :-)
Thanks for stopping by. Leave a word, leave a line, I would love to hear what you have to say.
