Happy New Year!!

2018 is gone and 2019 is here!

Looking back on 2018 is fun, especially when it is spotlighting some amazing books of the year. 

I went past my goal I set 25 and read 39.

For 2019, I'm setting a goal of 40. Seems doable. :-)

Now that the year has been planned, lets have a look back at some of the amazing books of 2018.

 A Note Yet Unsung

by Tamera Alexander

I was lucky enough to read this book as a part of the INSPY's. This was a fabulous book.

 The Lieutenant's Bargain

by Regina Jennings

 This was my last book of the year and it was a fun read!

 The Hope of Azure Springs

by Rachel Fordham

This was the only book in 2018 I read that was from a debut author. I'm interested to see what else Rachel will be writing.

The Crescent Stone 

by Matt Mikalatos

This was a fun YA read. I can't wait to see what will happen in the next book in the series.

 Many Sparrows

by Lori Benton

I love Lori Benton. Her writing is just phenomenal!

 Catching the Wind 

by Melanie Dobson

This was one of the first time slips I read for the year and it was a fantastic read! Mystery and suspense. It kept me guessing. 

 High as the Heavens 

by Kate Breslin

This was an amazing WW1 historical fic. Kate Breslin focuses on some interesting events.

Falling for You 

by Becky Wade

I loved book one, book 2 was great, and I can't wait to read book three!

The Lacemaker

by Laura Frantz

Laura Frantz is able to weave a beautiful story with a unique historical background.
