August 7, 2018

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by The Artsy Read Girl.
Each week features a book related topic to spotlight your Top Ten.

This week is all about the books, that you think would be awesome mashed-up together.
I can see this in so many way! Character, settings, author's writing style. The possibilities are a big for this one.

I'm focusing on the authors I think would be amazing if they paired up to write together. There styles I think are similar and can craft a story that stays with you.

 Biblical Fiction:
Mesu Andrews and Connilyn Cossette
They both write such detailed amazing stories. Both focus on the Old Testament. I think a mash-up of these two authors would be a great combo!
 Contemporary Romance/Mystery:
Dani Pettrey and Becky Wade
They both write fantastic contemporary romance. Dani Pettrey is an author who great a mysteries. Becky Wade's newest series has a little bit of mystery.
 Contemporary Romance:
Denise Hunter and Kathryn Springer
Each has such a real feel to their stories and deal with real life issues. Each write such sweet stories.
 Historical Fiction:
Lynn Austin and Elizabeth Camden
Each of these authors focuses on interesting eras in time and then write such detailed and emotional stories.
 Biblical Fiction:
Stephanie Landsem and Tessa Afshar
Each of these authors can bring these long ago times to life with their writings. Their detail of the Bible is great.
 Historical Romance:
Joanne Bishof and Jody Hedlund
Each of these authors has a way to grip the emotions of a very intense story set in a beautiful background.
Historical Romance:
Karen Witemeyer and Jen Turano
Both of these authors not only write a fun historical fiction romance, but they also know how to bring humor and unique characters to life.

  1. It's been WAY too long since I read a novel by Lynn Austin. But I do remember liking her books. Also, great match up with Joanne and Jody. They'd suit each other rather well. :)
