It's time to wrap up the month and see what all has been read. It was a good month for reading again! I was able to knock out 14 books! With all that work, I have pushed myself so close to my goal. I'm now 9 books away, so I've been thinking of upping my goal to 75, from 55.
The ones that I have really liked/loved this month, in no particular order:
Veil of Pearls Torrent Bourne & Tributary Misery Loves Company Glamorous Illusions Millie's Treasure's Splitting Harriet

Likin' all the Lisa T. Bergren love. :) She's one talented lady.
ReplyDeleteI just read my first Laura Frantz novel and while I liked it okay, it certainly won't be likely to end up a favorite. Makes me sad because she is a talented author... I just didn't wind up adoring the novel.
Yes! Lisa T. Bergren is very talented. She writes wonderful books. I can't wait to read more by her.
ReplyDeleteWhich one did you read? Love's Awakening was the first book I read, and I liked that one. The Frontiersman's Daughter was ok. Her writing is beautiful though.
I got The Fairest Beauty from the library a while back and tried to start it. I just couldn't get interested enough to continue on. Felt bad, but somedays that's just the way the cookie crumbles. Maybe another time! :)
