This Weeks Topic:
Super Six Series that I Haven’t Read Yet…
In no particular order....
1. The Grand Tour Series by Lisa T. Bergren (Author of The River of Time Series). And to be honest, I just started reading the first book last night, so I think it still counts.
2. Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia
I did see the movie and I liked it, so I'm interested in the books.
3. Land of the Shining Water's Series by Tracie Peterson
I have been hearing great reviews about this series.
4. Harvest Series by Tessa Afshar
The cover is what caught my eye and I love that they are based on Biblical character.
5. The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer
I keep hearing good things about this series.
6. The Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead
I think I'm one of the few who haven't read this series yet.
These are the series I just haven't gotten around to reading yet. I would like to, it's just the TBR seems to get bigger, then when it's time to look into restocking, these just slip my mind.
What series have you not read yet and why?

Cinder and Scarlet and favorites of mine!! Beautiful Creatures..well I loved the first two, then I couldn't get into the third. I've heard great things about Vampire Academy!
ReplyDeleteI'm happy to hear that! I'll look into Cinder as soon as I can. :-)
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
Gosh, I love Cinder and Scarlet and it's definitely a must read In my opinion:)) You'll loooove it!!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I heard amazing things about Lisa T. Bergren even though I am also totally behind reading her books!
The Vampire Academy is one of my favorites too, but I love the spin off series Bloodlines more :))
I'm glad to hear it! I've wanted to read them, I just keep forgetting about them. I'm going write a reminder on my desk for my next book splurge. :-)
DeleteI just finished reading The River of Time Series. Loved them! I can't wait to see how The Grand Tour Series goes.
I've heard of Bloodlines too, I'm behind!
Thanks for participating in our meme! I loved the Beautiful Creatures series, and book one is so much better than the movie.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of #3 and #4. I'll have to check those out. This week's topic is just making my to be read list grow!

Thanks for hosting! Fun topic. :-)
DeleteTracie Peterson has been a favorite, but I have yet to pick up that series. And I've never read anything yet by Tessa Ashfar, but they look promising.
I know what you mean! My TBR is getting long.
I say definitely go for The Lunar Chronicles series! They're fabulous! I never imagined I'd enjoy a scifi fairytale, but I love them. The audiobooks are awesome, I highly recommend trying that if you like to listen to your stories. But either way is a great idea. :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any of the others, but I've read good things about most of them.
Thanks! When I first heard about the Lunar Chronicles, scifi fairy tale was definitely what put me off. :-) Now it just kind of gets forgotten. I'm going to look into them now.
DeleteThanks for stopping by. Leave a word, leave a line, I would love to hear what you have to say.
