July 17, 2013

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. It is a weekly feature to highlight the top ten in your personal bookish world.

This Weeks Topic:
Top Ten Authors Who Deserve More Recognition

1. Cliff Graham
Author of the Lion of War Series. His writing is powerful and gritty and the stories just grab a hold of you while you read them.

2. Lisa T. Bergren
Author of the River of Time and The Grand Tour Series. Her stories are just beautiful. She captures the places she writes about it in a wonderful descriptive way.

3. Mesu Andrews
Author of Love Amid the Ashes, Love's Sacred Song, and Love in a Broken Vessel. Her writing shows her research of the time she is writing about. She has made her characters come to life on the pages.

4. MaryLu Tyndall
Author of The Charles Towne Belles and Veil of Pearls. The love of history and of the sea shine through in her stories. They are wonderful stories that can take you to another time.

5. Laura Frantz
Author of Love's Reckoning. I've only read this one book by her, but I can not wait to read more. Her writing is just beautiful!

6. Stephen Bly
Author of The Belles of Lordsburg, Code of the West, and many others. He was able to give you a character that just seemed so real. He was able to give a wonderful western story with comedy, and faith.

Unfortunately, that is all I'm able to list right now. I'm a little tired and I'm afraid if I keep typing, I'm going to goof up someones name! I'll try to finish the last 4 soon. :-)

  1. I think the first book in Lisa's River of Time series is waiting on my Kindle. This makes me even more anxious to get to it finally! :) I'm following you on Bloglovin and Twitter now.

    My TTT:

    1. I loved the River of Time. They are so much fun to read. :-)
